The fight for good food started in Toronto with Nick Saul.
Fourteen years ago, Nick Saul took over a tiny food bank in Toronto’s West End.
Today, “The Stop” is a symbol of how you can transform a community and inspire a nation-wide movement. Indeed, it has taught us how to use food to build self-respect and revolutionize our food system.
The story of that astounding change is now a new book by Nick Saul and Andrea Curtis.
Jamie Oliver calls it “an inspiring true story about how a long-income neighbourhood used good food to change the community.”
Nick Saul will speak at the Ramsay Breakfast on Tuesday, June 4th, 2013.
Please join us to hear how good food can be a transformative force in our lives.
